By accessing and using Wishprise ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Wishprise is a free online platform that allows users to create interactive, personalized birthday surprise experiences. Users can upload images, record audio messages, write personalized text, and share a unique link with their intended recipient.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Not upload any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
• Not use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Wishprise. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

6. 48-Hour Content Retention

Wishprise keeps each paid surprise and its uploaded media for 48 hours after successful payment, then permanently deletes the surprise, final media, and associated paid draft data.
